We know you're excited to get your order — here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
How Our Orders Work
FurVibeGift is a print-on-demand store. That means every shirt is printed just for you after you place your order — we don't keep stock sitting in a warehouse. This lets us offer more designs without compromise on quality, but it also means there's a short production window before your order ships.
Production Time
After you place your order, our print partner needs time to make it:
• Standard production: 2–5 business days
• Peak seasons (holidays, Mother's Day, etc.): up to 7 business days
Production time is separate from shipping time. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the facility.
Shipping Times (United States)
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
Estimated total time from order to delivery: 5–12 business days
We ship from facilities located within the United States.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country — these charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.
• Estimated international delivery: 10–20 business days after production
• Customs delays may extend delivery time beyond our control
Shipping Costs
• Free shipping on orders over $75
• Standard shipping fee applies for orders under $75 (calculated at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 7 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
• Wait 2 business days — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
• Check with neighbors or your building's mailroom
• Contact your local post office with your tracking number
• Reach out to us at support@furvibegift.com if the issue isn't resolved
We'll do everything we can to help track down your order.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you've made an error, contact us immediately at support@furvibegift.com — we'll do our best to help if the order hasn't shipped yet.
