RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your FurVibeGift order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll replace it or refund it — no hassle. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.

What We Cover (Free Replacement or Refund)

•       Item arrived damaged or broken

•       Significant printing defect (major color bleeding, misaligned print, etc.)

•       Wrong item or wrong size sent by us

•       Item lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days)

What We Don't Cover

Because every item is made-to-order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for:

•       Wrong size ordered by customer — please use our Size Guide before ordering

•       Change of mind after the order is placed

•       Minor color variations between screen and print (screens display colors differently)

•       Items returned without prior authorization

We take care to show accurate product photos, but please note that monitor calibration and lighting can affect how colors appear on screen vs. in person.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Step 1  Email support@furvibegift.com with:

•       Your order number

•       A clear photo showing the issue

•       What you'd prefer: replacement or refund

Step 2  We'll review and respond within 2 business days

Step 3  Replacement shipped or refund processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card). Please allow:

•       PayPal: 3–5 business days

•       Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we can only cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order has likely entered production and cannot be cancelled.

If you need to cancel, email support@furvibegift.com immediately with your order number.

Size Guide

To avoid size issues, please refer to our Size Guide page before ordering. Our shirts are Bella+Canvas 3001 — true to size with a comfortable unisex fit. When in doubt, size up.
