📦 ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each order goes through two stages:
- Production: 2–7 business days (because everything is made just for you!)
- Shipping: 4–8 business days for US orders, 6–25 business days internationally
Total estimated delivery time: 6–15 business days for most US orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $75. 🎉
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide including the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and more. Shipping rates and times vary by destination.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
If you ordered multiple items, they may be produced and shipped from different facilities. This helps us deliver your items as quickly as possible. You'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

What size should I order?
Sizing varies by product, so please check our Size Guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What materials are your shirts made of?
Most of our t-shirts are made from a soft cotton or cotton-blend fabric, designed for comfort and durability. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
Will my shirt shrink after washing?
To keep your FurVibeGift apparel looking great, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on prints. With proper care, your tee will last for many adventures!
Are your products true to size?
Most of our items run true to standard US sizing. However, fits can vary depending on the style, so always check the Size Guide for the specific product.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
100%. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment system. We never store your full payment information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before production begins. Email us ASAP at support@furvibegift.com if you need to make changes.
Can I get a discount or promo code?

🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind. See our full Return Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry! Please email support@furvibegift.com within 30 days with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or full refund right away.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Our apparel is printed on demand by our trusted print partners, primarily based in the United States and Europe. This helps reduce waste and shipping times.
