How long does it take to receive my order?
Each order goes through two stages:
- Production: 2–7 business days (because everything is made just for you!)
- Shipping: 4–8 business days for US orders, 6–25 business days internationally
Total estimated delivery time: 6–15 business days for most US orders.

Do you offer free shipping?

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide including the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and more. Shipping rates and times vary by destination.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
If you ordered multiple items, they may be produced and shipped from different facilities. This helps us deliver your items as quickly as possible. You'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Will my shirt shrink after washing?
To keep your FurVibeGift apparel looking great, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on prints. With proper care, your tee will last for many adventures!

What is your return policy?

How long do refunds take?
